HOW TO BUY

When choosing the product and size, you must click on “add to cart”. To purchase more products, continue browsing the website and repeat this step whenever you want to include more products in your purchase. Did you select all the desired products? Then confirm the quantity and sizes requested in the shopping cart. On this same page input the delivery zip code so that the freight can be calculated.

After checking all the information, click on “complete order”. You will be redirected to the delivery address confirmation page, where you can change the address if necessary or just confirm it.

When confirming the delivery address, you will be directed to the payment section, to put your Credit Card.

After entering all the information, just click on complete order. You will be redirected to the order confirmation page, the order number and a brief summary are provided. At the end of the purchase, you will receive a copy of the order placed via email.


PAYMENT METHODS
Sandro Moscoloni offers one form of payment to its customers: credit card.

CREDIT CARD
In this modality, installment payment is possible, with installment limit defined by the purchase price.

For purchases with a credit card, payment confirmation within 48 hours after the order date.

 

DELIVERY TIMES
Product deliveries are made by UPS. We deliver products available for sale on the site throughout the country.

The deadline for delivery of the order is considered after its approval by the financial institution and our store, after the validation of registration data.

Up to three attempts are made to deliver the product on consecutive business days. In the event of three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center. For a new shipment, the first delivery period informed will be valid again.

The tracking of delivery is  available on our website, accessing the "My Account" option.


Who can receive the order?

The order can be received by third parties, such as condominium porters and family members, provided they sign the receipt of the order. It is important to emphasize that the responsibility, from the authorized delivery to third parties (as mentioned above), lies with the consumer.

 

I received the product with malfunction, now what?

Upon receiving the product, check that it is in perfect condition and check with the purchase made. If you receive a divergent or defective product, refuse delivery at the same time and contact the service team.

 

How much is the freight?

The value of the freight is calculated according to the destination of the delivery and the chosen modality, the weight and volume of the item. A simulation is performed at the closing of the order, and it is necessary to inform the zip code of the location where you want to receive it.

 

RETURNS

If you are not a 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in order to have a full refund. Be aware that the shoes must be unused, in perfect state, exactly as you have received them and with the original box/packaging. You can return your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and your credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the other original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30 days return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Any items received after that period (30 days) will be shipped back and the custumer will be responsible for the shipping charges, according to the previously chosen method of payment.

Please note: the customer is responsible for all the return freight charges.  We do not pay for any return shipping. You can choose any shipping company to return the items but you must have verifiable tracking information, in case of any lost returns.

The customer is responsible for any damage to returned items.

The packing list must be included in the box so that we can apply credit to your credit card.
